Capacitor produces no output
Capacitor 20090718 runs without evident errors, but there is no output produced

The capacitor does not accept my GTF file

Different number of exons in input/output
I observe more exon lines in the input than in the output GTF file

How are the observed reads calculated?
I do not understand how the Flux Capacitor obtains the numbers reported in {{obsv_all_reads}}
